I agree with this quote because every time you do something good you feel good about it, but when you do something bad you just feel guilty . It always good to choose the right because you never know when you can get into severe consequences. Once you do something bad your just going to add up stress to yourself. That's just going to leave you into something bad that you will later on regret. When you do good stuff your going to feel proud of yourself

and it's going to motivate you to keep on doing on what you are doing. Therefore, it's always good to do good things, and it always bad to do bad things.
