I agree with this quote because in order to be a ctr person, you have to know how to stand up for yourself. If you know that something is wrong you have to have the courage to stand up for it and say that it's wrong . It is never good to stay quiet, for it would only add up stress to you and can lead you to depression. It's always good to give your opinion because you might change peoples' mind and then you might have a whole mob with you. It is only possible if you try .Nothing can stop you.
