I think this quote means that if you know what your doing is wrong then don't do it. You're going to get bad karma.I feel like having ever consequences is one of the worst things that can happen to you. Everything is about choosing the right. It will make you feel good about yourself. If you do a bad things and you know that it is bad your just going to add stress to yourself. Your not going to be able to sleep, eat, or anything else in peace because your going to be busy about thinking what you did.
