This quote is accurate for many reasons. If you behave good then you receive a good karma. However, if you know that you didn't do good then you are obviously not receiving anything good out of it. It is all about choosing the right. It makes you a better independent person.

I think this quote is saying the truth.I feel like most of the time people don't realize that doing the most popular thing isn't always the right thing. It's usually because people want to fit in they want to be"cool" however not all the time that's going to be possible because it can really harm your body.

Polar Bears Endangered

Polar Bears are classified as marine mammals because they spend most of their lives on the sea ice of the Arctic Ocean. However they are no longer going to be able to do that because of climate change. Global Warming is really affecting their health because now they are going to start living on melt. The thing is that Polar Bears can't live on melt they specifically need ice because that how their environment is. It is most likely that Polar Bears will become extinct in 30-40 years from now. They are approximately 20,000 - 25,000 living in the wild right now. If we don't do anything to help out they polar bears then once there gone there is no bringing them back. That would be impossible. It's the little things we do that can impact an animals life. We can use less oil and gas, because we consume so much oil and gas each day businesses are moving into the Arctic because the South is drying up. We can stop toxic pollution. Instead of going to a local gasoline station and going to places on a car, we can go walking. That would make us people do more physical activities. It won't only help us; by walking and  exercising; but it will also help animals. Especially polar bears who currently really need it . They are almost extincted and one of my goals were to see a polar bear, however I don't think that will be possible because by that time they might be extinct.

I agree with this quote because if you really take your time and work hard to actually educate yourself. Then your only going to have good things happen to you.If you  really invest yourself in education and become the person you want to be when you grow up, then your cherishing your opportunity. as you grow older and find the importance of having job and being independent and earning your own money. That is when you know that you did the right thing because now you have money and you accomplished you goals and poverty would be a stranger to you. Obviously , all you have to do is choose the right.

Overweight & Obesity

Obesity is a serious problem in the United States putting kids at risk for poor health.So basically when you are overweight it refers to kids’ BMI is to high as how an average kids’ BMI should be.Eating a lot more than what your body can contain is how you gain more and more weight.Which is what obesity and overweight is all about.Mainly it’s the kids who are involved in obesity.As,they grow older they are most likely to still have obesity and their obesity and disease risk factors in adulthood are likely to be more severe.Many schools are opening a policy of healthy eating. Most of the schools are no longer including junk food. Now there is more fruit options and the food is in a more healthy condition.Schools are also including more physical activities, they are having a class specifically for physical education which is also known as P.E.

I think this quote is only speaking facts.I feel like the only way for you to feel like you are choosing the right is if you do the right thing. You need to understand that choosing the right is always the right thing you can do.  It will never disappoint you. If anything I feel like whenever you do something right it gains you more memories because you remember the most memorable things in your life and doing the right thing is something you should cherish.

When I grow up I am looking forward to being a therapist. It's always something I look up to because I am a lot about helping people with problems.Something I talk to my little brother and sister about their problems and I always help them out.

I agree with this quote because Thomas only speaks facts. For example, if you do drugs and you know that it isn't good for your health, then your obviously not choosing the right. Doing something good is always doing homework, turning in your classwork, always being on task. If you choose to do wrong there might be a chance that you are getting bad karma. There is also a good karma which happens when your are doing something good. So it really depends on how you want to take your actions.

Therefore, if you do something bad, then bad karma will come to you. At the end of the day , it only knows what karma to give you whether if it is that you are a bad person or a goof person. Karma will take care of itself.
